Engagement | Bodiam Castle – East Sussex | Sarah & Tom
Sarah & Tom
Kent Engagement Photography at Bodiam Castle, East Sussex
Tom’s family have been involved with the upkeep of Bodiam Castle in East Sussex for many years and we were granted access to the beautiful, historic National Trust property to take some photos to celebrate their engagement. It’s described as an ‘archetypal 14th century moated castle with ruined interior – a glimpse of medieval splendour’. It was truly atmospheric and we much enjoyed the walk across the moat via the bridge and up the spiral stone staircases to the top of the turrets where the view was so worth the climb! Utterly breath-taking!
I really enjoyed getting to know Sarah and Tom a little better ahead of their wedding which I’m really looking forward to! An engagement shoot is always a great introduction, a fun and relaxed way of gaining a little insight into what it will be like on the wedding day itself. It’s particularly useful for those who feel shy or nervous about having their photo taken so if you are in any way worried about the photography on your wedding day, book a engagement shoot to give you a little more confidence.
